Where is my tracking number?

All orders are filled in the order which they are received and are being handcrafted and carefully packaged by our small team as quickly and efficiently as possible. Orders are typically fulfilled within 5 - 7 business days, but may experience delays during sales or holidays. 

Once your order is fulfilled, our shipping team will issue a tracking number that will be emailed with your fulfillment notice. 

If your order has shipped, and you have not received your tracking number:

• Check your spam filter - did your confirmation get filtered to spam?

• Check the email address you used to place your order. Sometimes a different email address may have been used to place your order. This is the email address where your confirmations and communications will be directed.
