Where is my order? It says it has been shipped.

Our shipping team may have sent your tracking information at the end of the day, after our pick-up time. Your package is waiting to be picked up and should be on it's way within 24 hours. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, so if this occurs on a Friday afternoon, you may not see your package active until Monday afternoon when it is picked up.

Occasionally, there is a delay between creating a tracking number and UPS or USPS scanning it into their system. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to retrieve any information.
