Why don't I see the points option at checkout? 

How do I redeem my points if I can't see the points option?

If your browser defaults to the Shop Pay App when you are checking out, you may not be able to see your points or redeem them in checkout. 

You will need to scroll down to below the Pay Now button and click "Check out as a guest".

Now you should see your total points and be able to choose how many you would like to redeem.

Points can be redeemed in multiples of 100. If you choose to redeem fewer than your total amount, you will see the option to Calculate discount. After Calculating the discount, you will have the option to Redeem $ discount. 

If you make any changes to your order after redeeming your points, and they disappear, a coupon will be emailed to you. Be sure to check your spam filter if you don't see it in your inbox. Your points can now be redeemed for a future order by using it as a Discount Code.
