My favorite product/ scent/ packaging is no longer available, can I still get it?Updated 3 months ago

Unfortunately, our suppliers can suddenly change or run out of any packaging, raw materials or scents that we might have been purchasing from them at any time.

In the case of a scent or packaging running out, we will continue to search for alternatives that will also meet our high standards without significant cost impacts. Rest assured, we'll get your favorite back in stock if at all possible.  

There may be any number of factors that contribute to our product changes. When possible, we use customer feedback to make changes to our selection of products and scents, so when something in particular becomes problematic or unpopular, we consider very carefully if it should be replaced or discontinued.

Seasonal or limited time offerings are created or purchased in small quantities and may not be able to be reordered.
