My order seems stuck! It hasn’t moved for more than 3 days.
Occasionally, UPS and especially USPS have delays that are out of our control.
We are located in Southwestern Missouri. If there has been inclement weather on the route between our facility and your location, this may create a delay in shipping.
Please exercise patience, your order is likely just a little delayed.
If the delay is longer, there could be additional problems, such as damage in route that has not yet been reported, or possible a lost in transit situation. If you suspect this is the case, kindly contact our Customer Care team so that we can issue a replacement and file a claim with the shipping company.
