Rustic Strength is required to maintain accurate documentation for all B2B customers purchasing through our wholesale website. This includes verification that all wholesale orders are for resale or qualified tax-exempt purposes.
What We Need From You
Please provide the following information for your account:
- Tax ID Number
- Merchant License / Resale Certificate / or Equivalent
- Tax-exempt documentation(if applicable)
- If you need our information in order to apply for tax exempt status with your state, please send us a copy of the application you are filling out so that we can get that information to you.
These documents allow us to:
- Verify your eligibility for wholesale purchasing
- Properly apply tax-exempt status where applicable
- Ensure we are operating in full compliance with all applicable laws

It is illegal for us to make retail sales through our wholesale website. Collecting and maintaining this documentation protects both your business and ours and ensures we can continue offering wholesale pricing and services without interruption.
