What is the difference between the different grains of vinegar?Updated 3 months ago
How is this 50-grain different from the 100-grain Vinegar?
The vinegar grains refer to the amount of dilution.
Our most concentrated vinegar is a 200 grain and is therefore a 20% dilution. 100 grain is 10% and the 50 grain is 5% (this is your standard White Vinegar).
The higher the grain count and the percent, the more concentrated the vinegar is.
This 50-grain vinegar has already been diluted with distilled water and is ready to clean with. No additional steps. If you want higher acidity or want to save money by diluting it yourself, then the 100-grain would be a better option for you.
