Will Mama & Baby Safe products burn if it gets into baby's eyes?

Our Mama & Baby Shampoo & Body Wash is made with extremely gentle, plant-based ingredients designed to be safe for both mamas and little ones. However, we choose not to label our formula as "tear-free" -- and here's why:

Many conventional "tear-free" products rely on specific synthetic chemicals that alter how the formula interacts with the eyes. Some brands use ingredients that work by numbing the eye or altering natural eye chemistry so that irritation isn't felt. We prefer not to use these ingredients because they may interfere with the skin and body's natural balance, and we aim to avoid anything that could contribute to unnecessary chemical exposure, especially for babies.

Instead, we focus on creating a wash that is:

The good news is that our formula is designed to rinse cleanly and is much gentler than traditional detergents.
