We understand that sometimes a sample just doesn't click. Unfortunately, due to concerns including safety and sanitation, the following items cannot be returned and do not qualify for a refund:

• Custom Scented 
• Clearance
• Samples
• Bar Soap
• Lotion Bars

Here's a quick rundown of our return policy:

• You'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the sample back to us.
• There will be a small 25% restocking fee.
• We'll also deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
