I received a damaged package.
Not everyone is careful with our boxes! We will be able to replace any damaged products for you. We just need some additional information to file the claim. We will need several pictures. Both outside and inside the box as it was opened along with at least one picture of each damaged product. This can help us understand if it was a packing issue or a carrier issue. We can also use these pictures to help train our Shipping Team and help us improve our packaging. Please attach any pictures when you contact Customer Care, so that we can get your products replaced right away.
