What should I do if I am missing an item from my order?
I received my order, but I am missing an item(s).
Some items don't ship well together or are to large or heavy for a single box. Ensure that you don't still have a box on the way by checking your tracking for additional packages. At the top of the tracking page, you will see a link that says " 1 of 2 Piece Shipment " or other number of Pieces. If you click on that link, it will take you to all of the packages in your shipment with their specific tracking numbers and information.
If all of your packages have arrived and you are still missing something, kindly contact Customer Care with your order number and let us know what items you are missing. Our orders are fulfilled entirely by real human people and sometimes we make a mistake. We will be happy to send you your missing item(s).
