My product is an off color or different color than usual.

This is perfectly normal. Because we use natural, plant-based ingredients, they can vary in color, smell and sometimes vary slightly in texture. While we work hard to create a consistent product, there are some changes that we cannot avoid when working with these types of raw ingredients. 

Over time you may also notice a change in color due to the Essential Oils or Fragrance Oils. Some of these oils will darken the formulas slightly as they settle.
